JCAmping & Youth Services Director Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the visioning, design, development and execution of comprehensive program offerings for JCAmp and Youth Services that foster individual growth, build community, and strengthen connections to community.
- Collaborating with a stellar team to establish and monitor goals, benchmarks, and evaluation systems for all programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
JCAmping & Youth Services Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 3-5 years prior leadership experience in camping and/or youth services.
- Ability to pass a rigorous background screening and a clean driving record.
- Ability to speak grammatically correct language (English) which is clear and understandable to the listener and comprehensively understand language when spoken to at a normal speed.
Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000
