Principal Responsibilities:
To provide administrative functions for the executive management team. Responsibilities will include Board management, fundraising support for levels of giving, major fundraiser support, preparing reports and maintaining office equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong English oral and written communications skills including editing and proofreading
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate with members, customers, colleagues and support staff
- Ability to consistently deliver quality customer service
- Ability to focus on details
- Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities
- Knowledge of mechanical working of office equipment, such as copier, fax and phone and computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite
Salary:
$35,000 - $45,000
