The Communications & Marketing Coordinator (C&M Coordinator) serves as a key partner in promoting Temple’s brand; collaborating with and supporting Temple’s Clergy and Program Staff and the Director of Philanthropy & Member Engagement. This role ensures all of Temple’s worship and program opportunities are communicated clearly and purposefully to the targeted demographic(s). The C&M Coordinator should have a track record of successfully leveraging data-driven insights to orchestrate impactful messages that drive the measurable result of community participation and engagement.
The C&M Coordinator will achieve this, in part, by ensuring Temple communications and marketing goes beyond the “Where, What, When, Why and Who” to a special place that crafts Temple’s story. With a commitment to success, the C&M Coordinator is committed to serving as the bridge between the community having opportunity to engage with Temple, and the actuality of having that come to fruition.
The C&M Coordinator will work with staff to strategically develop communications that engage the targeted audiences, propelling Temple’s worship, and program opportunities forward. A major focus will be on sharing compelling reasons and opportunities to engage with Temple and cross promoting programs across multiple audiences. A key goal is to create engaging content, tailored for multiple generations, different demographics, and sects of the community with varied interests.
The C&M Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work in close partnership with the Director of Philanthropy & Member Engagement along with clergy, staff, and lay leaders to manage the expanding marketing and communications needs of the congregation.
