Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for keeping the premises clean and ready for use for our members and guests.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of a Custodian include to:

Perform various tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, emptying trash, and maintaining the restrooms.
Set up and break down rooms, as assigned for meeting and classes.
Clean and maintain outdoor spaces.
Perform light duty repairs, painting and construction.
Open and close the building depending on scheduled shifts.
Reporting issues to the maintenance manager.
Have open availability to include nights and weekends when necessary.

Requirements

To be successful as a Custodian, you should have:

Some relevant work experience.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with community center members and colleagues.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to, skills relevant experience, and specific work location.
