Summary: AIPAC is searching for a Deputy PAC Director to serve in a senior position and to help lead the next iteration of the PAC’s activities starting in the 2026 cycle. The AIPAC PAC and its affiliated bundling operation is growing at a significant rate and the Deputy PAC Director will be at the helm—spearheading the PAC’s new strategies and tools to ensure the effective receipt and delivery of pro-Israel political resources.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Work alongside the AIPAC PAC Director to:
• Oversee and manage the relevant tools and technologies associated with the AIPAC PAC
• Interface with key internal and external stakeholders, including AIPAC staff and lay leaders, on AIPAC’s 2026 Election Cycle strategy
• Develop and direct information flow, data and decision-making processes affiliated with AIPAC’s bundling operation.
• Help to oversee processes associated with the use of political resources
• Work with key stakeholders to elevate AIPAC’s political engagement plans
• Engage in endorsement and related strategies
• Manage the PAC Manager and PAC Associate
Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong commitment to the U.S.-Israel relationship
• Ten or more years of experience working on political campaigns or other relevant experience including strong political acumen and a deep understanding of electoral politics and political fundraising.
• Robust experience and comfort with technology and systems
• Excellent judgement and communications skills
• Works in a collaborative manner
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
