Description
Jr. Counselors (JC’s) generally have some or no experience working with school-age students and work collaboratively with and under the guidance of Seniors. JC’s may be asked to perform more individual, specific tasks as the SC oversees the entire group. JC’s are a key part of the team who demonstrate what is expected of all counselors and understand the importance of role modeling as they are the first stage in a career working at camp.
