The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center is seeking an innovative part-time Design & Digital Media Specialist. The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual who has an eye for detail, an ability to think both conceptually and strategically, and a strong understanding of graphic design, brand architecture, content creation, and social media strategy.

This person should be able to creatively ideate and strategize as well as operationalize strategy in day-to-day execution.
The Design & Digital Media Specialist would have multiple responsibilities with a priority on enhancing and aligning brand materials and working to update educational and marketing collateral. They would collaborate with fellow team members to conceive and execute original concepts meant to advance the mission and brand of the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center.
In partnership with the Director of Marketing & Events, the Design & Digital Media Specialist is responsible for elevating and promoting the museum’s mission through creative, innovative digital, graphic, video, and social media content. Tasks include:
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Events; work in partnership to refine existing brand architecture to strengthen the consistency and feel of the organization’s branding and marketing – online, in print, and on social media
- Develop and maintain a variety of partnership pitch decks, pitch mockups while assisting with marketing material and creative content
- Creating templates for all presentations and marketing materials needs across teams
- Work on designing all high-priority presentations and marketing materials
- Work with our Director of Marketing & Events to develop the right visuals and voice for deck proposals, marketing, and education materials
- Develop and execute high-level social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Own all content creation on TikTok
- Creating and maintaining an organized system for graphics and design files
- Creating social media templates and branding for all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Managing all printing with Decal Impressions, Spring Dot, and FedEx while keeping track of print spending and reporting it to Director of Marketing & Events
