Overview
We are seeking dedicated Part-Time and Full-Time Clinicians to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to community members with psychiatric diagnoses, delivering care in a licensed outpatient mental health facility. These positions are 100% outpatient and currently operate under a hybrid model. Compensation ranges from $60,000-$75,000 (pro-rated for PT). We offer an additional $5,000 for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessment and develop written treatment plan with the client (collaborative documentation) in compliance with OMH regulations.
- Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports (e.g. clinician’s schedule, treatment plans) in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Provide treatment in evidence-based modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy.
- Attend agency in-service training and staff meetings.
- File timely insurance claim forms and maintain other necessary contacts with insurance companies.
- Consult with other members of the team, as necessary.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications
:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school.
- Possession of or eligible for New York State licensure (LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW)
- Familiarity and experience with evidenced-based treatments, knowledge of modern principles of social work, prior experience with children, community mental health, and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
