PROJECT MANAGER

Position Summary
The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the Jewish Federation’s departments and the marketing team, prioritizing and managing multiple projects while ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide solutions to creative challenges. This position will report to the Marketing Operations Director.
More About The Role
Project Planning & Coordination
- Meet with departments to gather project requirements and develop content and creative project briefs
- Partner with Internal Communications Team to develop approaches for project execution
- Build and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in project management software
- Track team capacity and manage project workflow
- Implement and refine project intake and brief processes for maximum efficiency
Project Execution & Oversight
- Drive project execution by coordinating with team leads and stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from kick-off through completion
- Guide projects through approval processes while maintaining momentum
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
- Adapt project plans as priorities shift
Operations Support
- Maintain updated project schedules and monitor marketing department resources
- Track project budgets in coordination with Marketing Operations Director
- Support marketing team by troubleshooting IT/technical issues
- Facilitate clear communication between all project stakeholders
Desired Skills And Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of project management experience or related marketing or communications experience that includes project coordination
- Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously from concept through completion, including risk assessment and problem-solving
- Skillful communicator, active listener, high emotional intelligence and understands collaborative social dynamics in fast paced environments
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Monday.com experience a plus)
- Experience with marketing technology stack, digital campaign management, and CMS platforms
- Clear and persuasive communication skills in presentations, email, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
