Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the National Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics with various departments, regional offices, and vendors.
Provide calendaring and meeting support for the senior leadership of the newly-formed Security Department.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Assist in the planning and execution of staff and vendor meetings and events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Conduct research and compile information to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Maintain and enhance organizational systems to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications/Skills:

3+ years of experience in a role with significant operations or organizational responsibilities.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to get along with all types of people and personalities.
Proficiency with standard office software and technology systems.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
