ADL Summer 2025 Internship Description
ADL's Center on Extremism is looking for a dynamic intern to join us from June 9 to August 8, 2025. The ideal candidate will have experience with extremist groups or movements, research, and producing written and verbal briefs. Our Center on Extremism internship provides the opportunity for students to gain practical experience with extremism, primary source research and intelligence analysis.
Application portals will close at 6PM ET on March 7, 2025. ADL will confirm the selected candidates by mid-April.

Responsibilities
- Conduct open-source research on a variety of extremist-related activity, individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with Center on Extremism staff on analytic and writing projects.
- Assist with preparing presentations and other materials as necessary.
- Document research findings in case management system.
- Attend and participate in the ADL Summer Internship Learning Program sessions, where you will get to have discussions with accomplished leaders and subject matter experts at ADL.

Compensation and Hours:
- This internship is paid $15.00 an hour.
- The internship is 15 hours per week.

What will you do during this internship?
- You will learn about real-life decision-making challenges and help us develop real-time solutions.
- You will have the opportunity to present your work at internal forums within ADL
- You will have practical, hands-on experience with researching extremist groups and movements and conducting intelligence analysis
- Collaborate with, meet and learn from ADL subject matter experts at all levels and become familiar with the varied work we do to "stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment to all."
